How to Submit a Complaint Complaints can be submitted online via the form below or, alternatively, you may email at info@bcrpbrighton.com with the subject line “Formal Complaint”.
Acknowledgment of Complaint We will acknowledge receipt of your complaint within 5 working days.
Investigation Process Your complaint will be reviewed by the Complaints Officer. The investigation may involve:
Reviewing documentation
Speaking with relevant staff or third parties
Gathering any additional information needed
Response and Resolution We aim to provide a full written response within 14 working days] of acknowledging your complaint. If the complaint requires more time, we will inform you of the delay and keep you updated on the progress.
Appeal Process If you are not satisfied with our response, you may request a review by a different officer. Details on how to appeal will be included in the outcome letter.
Confidentiality and Data Protection All complaints will be handled confidentially and in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Your information will not be shared outside the organisation without your consent, unless required by law
