Sussex Police appeal for witnesses to assault on North Street

Sussex Police have issued an appeal for witnesses to an assault which happened on North Street, Brighton.

The incident occured near to Paddy Power betting shop on North Street on Monday 22 January at approximately 1:50pm and involved two men. 

No injuries have been reported but Sussex Police would like to speak with anyone who may have witnessed the fracas.

Neal Hudders has been charged with affray, attempt wounding with intent and threatening a person with a knife in public. 

He has been remanded in custody and will face trail at Lewes Crown Court on 20th of February.
