Man sought after fracas over a parking space

A man is being sought by Sussex Police after he allegedly smashed the window of a car over an altercation about a parking space in Preston Street on Tuesday 13 February at about 19:00.

Charlotte Lincroft was reversing into a free parking space when two men allegedly stopped her to say they were saving it for a friend who was about twenty minutes away. She declined to give up the space and one of the men [pictured] allegedly smashed the rear window of her Audi and walked off. When she followed him to remonstrate and get a photo he allegedly knocked the phone out of her hand and threatened her.
