National Cybercrime Business Conference

Business representatives have been invited to attend the National Business Cybercrime Conference 2019 which is taking place on 28th of March in London alongside representatives from policing colleagues.

Chief Constable Peter Goodman, the National Police Chiefs' Council (NPCC) lead for Cybercrime is hosting the event at the National Gallery in London. 

The event is open for all small and large businesses to attend in order to help them minimise their risk and exposure to potential cybercrime. Businesses will also learn what support is available in the event that they do become a victim to such an attack.

Confirmed speakers include:

  • Peter Goodman, Chief Constable of Derbyshire and national lead for Cyber Crime

  • Jim Stokley, Deputy Director and Head of the National Cyber Crime Unit

  • Steve Eckersley, Director of Investigations, Information Commissioner's Office

  • Mandy Haeburn-Little, CEO, Scottish Business Resilience Forum

The event is free to attend and will start at 9am and finish at 4pm. Lunch will be provided.
