Police carried out a series of drug warrants by officers from the Brighton and Hove Community Investigation Team (CIT) and prevention departments over the course of three action days. The locations searched included Lower Rock Gardens and Russell Square in Brighton.
At an address in Brunswick Square, Hove, police seized 1.3 kilos of cocaine and 5.3 kilos of cannabis and more than £23,000 cash.
The nine men who have been charged with drugs offences have been remanded in custody to appear at crown court on 17th of April.
Detective Inspector Dee Wells said: "We have targeted an organised crime group who we believe are involved in the supply of class A drugs over three days of action. This has been a successful operation which has resulted in a number of arrests and charges."
