Arrest made in connection with offensive graffiti

Sussex Police have arrested a man in connection with offensive graffiti in Hove.

The 76 year-old male has been arrested on suspicion of using threatening, abusive or insulting words to stir up racial hatred.

The arrest comes after approximately 80 incidents of offensive graffiti were found around the Hove area. The investigation has been open since November 2018.
