Five year ban for Brighton builder
After a spate of crime and antisocial behaviour Ryan Tyles Breach [pictured] has received a Criminal Behaviour Order which excludes him from entering Brighton city centre, including St James’s Street, London Road and Queens Road, for 5 years.
The 30-year-old is also forbidden from meeting a known associate 37 year old Tobias Denyer who is also known to be a prolific offender.
If he breaks the court order he will commit an offence which could result in a prison sentence.
Police said Breach is "a persistent and repeat offender whose criminal, nuisance and anti-social behaviour has been having a detrimental impact on local businesses and the community in general".
PC Rich Hall said: "People can help us to ensure that Breach keeps to the court's conditions by reporting any sightings of him in the city centre without delay."
