Violent street attack in Whitehawk.

A 19 year old man was subject to a violent attack in Whitehawk Way on Tuesday. He was hit over the head then stabbed in the leg with a broken bottle.

The attack happened at 23:15 on Tuesday 18 August. The teenager was taken to hospital for treatment for cuts to his leg but his injury was not life threatening.

Anyone who witnessed the incident or has any information should report online or ring 101 quoting serial 1674 of 18/08.
