Stabbing in Grand Parade

A section of Grand Parade in Brighton was closed in the early hours of yesterday morning after a man found stabbed by the side of the road just before midnight.

The victim was a 42-year-old man who was taken to the Royal Sussex County Hospital where he remains.

Sussex Police officers are investigating and have appealed for witnesses and anyone with relevant CCTV, mobile phone, or dashcam footage in the area at the time.
