Woman raped in Gloucester Road.

A 43-year-old woman was walking south towards the sea along Queen's Road, between 12:15 and 1:00am on Saturday 23 December when she was attacked.

The man approached her near the steps at the junction with Gloucester Road and forced her down the steps just a few metres from the traffic lights at the junction of Gloucester Road and raped her. 

The attacker then fled along Queens Road. He is described as white with a scar on the left had side of his face and clean shaven but scruffy wearing a red tee shirt and blue trousers.
