Brighton drug dealers jailed

Two men have been jailed for 32 months each after being caught drug dealing in Brighton.

Eraldo Saraseli, 20, and Klaudio Ago, 27, were arrested and charged with two counts of possession with intent to supply cocaine and cannabis in April of this year.

The pair were suspected to be dealing after being seen by Prevention police officers in St James’s Street. Officers later carried out a search warrant at a flat they were witnessed entering and leaving and found a large quantity of drugs and cash.

Both men were given sentences of two years and eight months and will be deported to Albania once they have served their sentences.

Inspector Nick Dias said: “This was great work by our Prevention, Community Investigation team and investigation officers to get a significant amount of drugs off the streets and to remove those involved in the supply in the city.”
