Tobias Denyer banned from city centre for two years

Denyer was found guilty of persistent criminal and anti-social behaviour which had a ‘detrimental impact on businesses, staff and the community in [Brighton] city centre’ and consequently has been given a two year Criminal Behaviour Order [CBO].

He is now effectively banned from entire the city centre including Brighton railway station and, as part of the CBO, he has been ordered to engage with St Mungo’s homeless charity.
